morning light caresses the pure white sheets
I'm wrapped, tangled and nestled in. The mature
door - scented and dosed in oak smells - creaks as
she enters, her braids frizzy, her small gown
hanging wrinkled, a smile adorning
her small lips. This is but a glimpse, a sip,
a dream, a fancy, of the simple life.
This weekend shall be of breathing, replenishing, making poignant memories, praising Jesus, reading your wonderful comments, and laughing over mistakes. What will you be doing for Easter?

Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. - John 11:25-26
ps true story: I was vacuuming the floor upstairs, with a small vacuum part, so I was on my hands and knees, scrubbing away at my bedroom floor. My hair was brushing against my face, and somehow hair got in my mouth and got tangled on my tongue. Carefully, I attempt pull the hair out of my mouth and it doesn't come -- it's stuck on one the papillae of my tongue! And, it's still there. I've cut the hair so that all that's left is a small 'stump'... and I'm hoping it's dissolve or come out soon. :) Yes, this all happened a few hours ago!
