This delicious breakfast leaves me energised and refreshed, ready to face a busy week!
1/2 cup plain/greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond or dairy milk
1/3 cup oats
1 chopped nectarine
1 sliced banana
(alternatively use fruits and/or berries of your choice)
